November 2014 – High Point, NC – Occasional furniture manufacturer Jonathan Charles expands their eclectic Luxe collection with new case goods that combine new metallic finishes and colorful faux shagreen veneers. These faux shagreen tables make a striking color splash, from teal shagreen pieces in a radial sunburst pattern to muted gray items that pop against a dark bronze metal frame. Complemented by a sleek wrought iron frame in a brass, silver, gold, or bronze finish, each piece makes a bold statement and adds to the Luxe Collection’s vibrant look.
Pulling inspiration from the 1920’s-1930’s Art Deco period, Jonathan Charles creates elevated designs with a historical spin that reflects the beauty of their craftsmanship. Every part of the furniture, including the hardware which is custom cast in their foundry, is handcrafted in-house by Jonathan Charles’ skilled artisans who employ traditional techniques. As a result, each piece lends an Old-meets-New World effect that exemplifies Jonathan Charles’ eclectic aesthetic.
